Chris van Straaten graduated from the North West University (NWU) in 2013 with a Bachelors in Law Degree (LLB). He finalised his Articles of Clerkship in 2015 at a Commercial and Property Law firm, gaining experience in all forms of law including but not limited to: Commercial Law; Civil Law Litigation; Criminal law; Family law; Drafting of Wills and Winding up of estates.
He was admitted as an attorney in March 2016. In February 2016 he pursued a career in labour law wherein he gained sufficient experience in all Labour related matters and subsequently decided to open a Law practice with Co-partner Gert Brink in 2018.
As Director of Marketing and Client Relations, Chris finds his speciality in Labour; Family and Conveyancing matters with an emphasis on finding a practical solution to satisfy the client’s concern.
